I offer accessible virtual healing sessions that run exactly the same as in-person therapy. In truth, clients often report that being in the security of their own home environment significantly enhances their feeling of safety and comfort.
While I'm not a counsellor or therapist, I want to offer you something equally valuable, peer support from someone with lived experience. I'm here to listen, without judgment, with a calm and curious approach. I welcome any conversation you need to have. To ensure I can offer the best possible support, I've completed a course in communication.
